Verified reviewVery good service! This is the best cordless vacuum I've ever had. The build quality is solid, so much better than Dyson hand held machines.

Verified reviewThe phone number listed in Manchester UK is not being answered after days of trying. There was no answering machine just pre recorded message with opening hours. However, they did respond promptly to my email inquiry. The website is easy to navigate. The information is clear and descriptive enough to enable the right decision. Despite a minor customer service quirk I am satisfied.

Verified reviewI have purchased directly from Polti and their service and the Forzasipa Slim Sr110 have transformed my life. I have one of these lightweight vacuum cordless upstairs and one downstairs. So lightweight and so easy and practical to use . No more lugging heavy and cumbersome cleaners around, It is a godsend on hard floors and so easy to vacuum through the house , sofas , cushions and carpets , even my curtains! the accessories make it easy to use in the car or on the stairs too. My daughter has got a much more expensive brand and I much prefer my Forzaspira Slim..She was very impressed with mine and It really has changed my life , I'm in my 60s and having a cordless vacuum stick type cleaner is life changing . Lightweight and practical , has the LED light and is easy to empty the cannister , , mine is in green colour and I love it , I whizz round with it multiple times daily , it saves me so much time and energy and is now an essential and practical cleaning product that I rely on , I have 3 indoor cats and it copes magnificently with cat hair and cat litter .It takes seconds to vacuum through the house , and cordless is fantastic . I've tried the more expensive equivalents and for value and practicability and for daily use , this comes out on top for me . Look out for their offers and buy direct from Polti , their service is excellent. and look out for their special offers . I cannot fault their service and the value of this product .

Verified reviewLovely iron, so much easier to do this chore, when you have a decent iron. Packaging of my parcel wasn't so good, it was a bit battered, but iron seems to work OK.
