Verified reviewThe order was dealt with efficiently and good delivery. I assumed the product would be made in Italy or Europe but was disappointed to see it had been made in China!

Verified reviewI was sent a used model when I paid full price. Customer Service is shocking, they never pick up the phone, play email tennis and I don't get a resolution, 20 emails in and I've given up. . Buying a Philips instead, Polti aren't worth the effort. Gone downhill. Disappointing.

Verified reviewBought this to replace my old Vax pet cordless machine, this is lighter which is good also a bit more agile on the floor,a lot more quieter and very easy to empty. All in all ( and we've been using Vax for 10 years) a great improvement and good battery range. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Verified reviewUtterly no-nonsense coffee machine. As soon as I saw that the masters of steam had launched a coffee machine it wasa no-brainer to try it out. And no surprise, it’s brilliant. Its power and simplicity are its strength and charm. Excelllent coffee production, perfect Italian portion sizing and the easy option to ‘go longer’ if that’s your style. Amazing value for money. One advisory to Polti, include a ‘knock-box’ in the package and you’ve nailed it!

Verified reviewDelivery was good and timely. Big problem is despite numerous attempts I have failed to register the new item. I have phoned many times and continued to fail because no one answers the phone

Verified reviewFirst time I come across this Italian brand in the UK. Their cordless steam vacuum cleaner has the edge over other more familiar brands so I thought I would give it a shot, and I’m pleased to have done so!
