Verified reviewThe delivery was very fast but the box was squashed almost flat and the whole thing had been put into a big plastic bag to keep the contents intact

Verified reviewWhen returning to Holland after discovering various blends of the Palais des Thés in a Barcelona-Hotel, I immediately purchased my favorite blend together with 4 free samples. On december 27th, I placed my order and in the morning of december 30, I already received the parcel including a welcoming gift and a voucher. A highly esteemed service!

The execustion of my first order was perfect. And I really enjoy your exquisite tea. However I have to make one small remark. On your site it is stated that customers will receive something on their birthday. My birthday was Januari 2nd last and so far I haven't received anything. Am I too early with this remark?
