Verified reviewI love the tea and have no issues with the website or delivery. When there was a mistake with my order, the company corrected it quickly and free of charge. My only issue is that I do not like being charged for shipping even though I am a regular customer and my orders normally go above 100 euro.

Verified reviewI disappointed with the fact that no matter how big is an on-line order there is no option to reach a total sale amount which will allow free delivery, though I am a returning customer and my orders is quite big. All the rest is perfect: it is easy to place an online order and delivery is accurate.

Verified reviewAll-over very good, although the cartoon box for larger parcels should be more compact. I often receive it more or less damaged.
