Verified reviewVery fast service abroad! I live in Sweden and I ordered a similar cup that I'd bought in France and accidentally broken, and it arrived in excellent condition just a few days later. Extra plus for the free samples and the very cute tea caddy! Will definitely order from Palais de Thes again!

Verified reviewRegarding the products you have purchased from Palais des Thes, they seem to be of excellent quality, with a great variety of teas from different regions and blends, which cater to various tastes and preferences. For instance, the Vive Pâques! Organic Easter Tea Black Tea and the Organic Earl Grey Queen Blend are perfect me, a lover of classic black teas with a twist. The shopping experience was great. Palais des Thes is known for its excellent customer service and efficient delivery system, and it seems like they have lived up to their reputation. Their website is easy to navigate, and their checkout process is smooth and hassle-free. Moreover, their packaging is elegant, and their teas are always fresh and well-preserved, which ensures that you get the best possible taste and aroma from your teas.
