Excellent website, superfast delivery, generous gifts. For my specific taste, I would maybe like more variations of shu-puerh tea (in cakes).

Easy order process on the website. Delivery took a few days but I wasn't looking for a speedy delivery. The item ordered is a present and hasn't been used yet but the items were well packaged and arrived with no damage.

I feel that you could make customers feel a little more special than just chucking things in a box. You see there isn't a lot of love. Also a shame that delivery is only free within France. The tea is good though.

High-quality tea products and love all of the background information plus speedy processing of the order and delivery. Would like to see an option for Paris For Her tea bags as it’s convenient for when I travel and my favorite for making iced teas!

Online experience is good. Delivery is OK but please instruct the courier to hand it over directly to the addressee, and to leave a box net to the neighbour's door.
