Verified reviewVery easy to use website with a fabulous selection of teas. I was delighted with my purchase and got decent speed delivery to Ireland. I loved that they gave me samples of other teas to try. The tea I'd selected was perfect and exactly how I had remembered on a trip to Paris. A lovely treat.

Spedizione precisa e puntuale.

Verified reviewI love the tea, the quality is superb! I can only buy online, because going to a store I never had a good experience. The only problem is that DPD or DHL always says that I am not at home and leaves to a pickup point, but I was actually at home and waiting for it on the window that they told me.

Hello, Thank you very much for your feedback on your experience at Palais des Thés. We are sorry to read that you have noticed a difference in quality between our in-store teas and our online teas. We want to assure you that the quality of our teas remains the same, whether you purchase them in-store or online. All our teas come from the same source and are subject to the same strict quality standards. However, we take note of your feedback regarding the in-store experience. We understand that it can be more enriching as you benefit from the knowledgeable advice of our in-store teams. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to one of our stores very soon. In the meantime, feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about our online products. You can contact our customer service team at service-client@palaisdesthes.com or by phone at 33 (0)1 43 56 90 90. Best regards, Jeanne

Hi, thanks for your answers. I appreciate it! So I bought 2 bags of this tea. One bag has not been opened. Is there any chance I can bring this one to the store in Liège, Belgium and get another tea instead? Thanks!
