Hello! We’re thrilled to read that our teas have delighted your palate and that you’re pleased with our customer service. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the shipping costs and the absence of a physical store in Belgium. We do have boutiques in Brussels and we hope you might have the chance to visit one in the future. Rest assured, we will pass your comments on to our dedicated team as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our service and offerings. Thank you once again for your feedback. Kind Regards, Samuel

Verified reviewThe team were really helpful. Unfortunately the infusions and flavoured teas can get caught by customs to Australia so after communications with them I sadly cancelled my order. Refund was swift. Excellent level of customer service.
