I have been buying my tea from Palais des Thés for a long time now, and I have always been delighted with the choice and quality of their products. The parcels arrive promptly, and always with a few presents inside, which I love! Only on two occasions was there a problem (mistake in an order and late delivery), and both times the lovely team at Palais des Thés reacted immediately and compensated me generously. I cannot recommend them highly enough - thank you!

In general I am very happy with Palais des Thés, they process the order quickly and they have a good client 'bonus program' in my opinion. And the quality of the teas is excellent, I now am a very spoiled tea drinker.. With my last order I ordered several tins (filled with tea and empty ones) and some of them were unfortunately damaged. I can still use them, but it is a pity they are not in the most optimal condition.
