Always very expensive delivery fee no matter the total value of the order. That's why I still very often buy from other websites. I will recommend those before Palais des Thés.

The tea is amazing as always, and an order is easily made on the website. The order is shipped fast as well, yet the delivery agent used in The Netherlands is a mess. The package was lost and when found again it was delivered to a pick up point without the propped notification. I hope next time this will be better!

Everything is almost perfect. Teas are of very good quality and service is second to none. Quick delivery and carefully packaged, however please get rid of the polyester bubbles in the packaging. Use paper instead to fill in for the gaps in box.

Like previous times : good products, but delivery not as smoothly as it should be. Shipping system to/in Spain is not organised as it could be or as it is in France.

Prodotto eccellente. Ho conosciuto il thé verde alla menta su Air France. Poi ho scoperto i negozi Palais des Thes. Tutto ottimo. Se nell'ordine fosse possibile selezionare anche le bustine per i regali, sarebbe il plus ultra.
