Verified reviewThe delivery of my advent calendars and other teas arrived in excellent condition, less than 2 weeks after i ordered them (I'm in Australia), so plenty of time to send the gifts on to the other advent recipients. Communication with the team at Palais des Thes is always quick and informative and I'm looking forward to opening the door on December 1st for the 4th year in a row. Thanks PdT!

Verified reviewThe website needs a lot of work in my opinion. The registration of a new account was very cumbersome. Took two tries to successfully register the password for instance with no indication for reason why. Filling out the delivery address details was a complete nightmare. Address details are character sensitive, which I understand. What I don't understand and find totally unacceptable for a user interface is that the automatic suggestions for Lux address are not accepted by the website. Please make sure that your own suggestion are valid for the character rules you have set for the various address fields on your website.
