The website is easy to navigate and narrowing down products is simple. Very reasonable prices and free shipping over a certain price limit within EU is appreciated. I will definitely be purchasing here in the future.

The process is straight forward, payment method is simple, delivery even to Australia, is fast- what would have made it even more special would have been a small, tea related gift enclosed- like a Teacosy or a tea measuring spoon maybe a Teatowel with your logo- especially on large orders- I know you doi the free teabags but thats advertising for you, just a thought 👋

The delivery is fast and efficient. I usually buy different teas and most are amazingly good. My favourites are Paris for you by day and Thé Des Moines, but many others are excellent too. The Roinos teas and ke bruits des vagues are great caffeine free choices.

Discoveted in Paris whennthey first opened and member for over 25 years. lived all around the world and found their selection really is unmatched- from simple, inexpensive yet high-quality rooibos to elite rare even organic white teas. Top-level packing and great accessories plus unbeatable customer service if you have a question (never had a problem to call about). My ONLY global go-to tea company. LOVE THEM!
