Verified reviewDisappointed to see that my usual order of 500g of mint tea is not available. had to order 5 x 100g pouches which comes in more expensive

Verified reviewMy parcel arrived quickly, but I must report that the cardboard box was partially damaged. As for the inside box, called coffret les gourmandises, it was not damaged, but the content was not as nicely assembled as it was the same one of my previous order. Finally, although I appreciated the free tin I was entitled to because of the amount of my order, the expiring date ot tea is March, too soon, I think.

Verified reviewFast and communicative. Probably, I would recommend using a stronger box to avoid crushing but this purchase arrived ok I know the brand because I bought many times in France but is the first time I ordered from my country

Verified reviewThe delivery was a little delayed but I think it was just because it arrived at the local depot late on a Friday evening. Still very satisfied overall with the service and quality of the product.

Verified reviewIncorrect, strange strategy and way of working when sending an order - an item is in stock, suddenly it turns out that it is not, and instead of informing the customer by email whether to send the rest of the order at all, whether to cancel it, it is sent directly (?????)
