Most of teas have taste I expect them to have. I am little surprise with size of tea pouches. 1st time I chose L size as i like to brew in 1l thermos. It was reallly large, so next time I chose S size, and to my surprize its still twice larger then typical teabag.

I am very satisfied with your mail-order service. The only aspect I am not completely satisfied with is the shipping cost. While it is wonderful that orders from France arrive in Japan within three to four days, I would appreciate a lower shipping fee, even if delivery took a little longer.

Pauline

My address is changed always for some reason. Expensive delivery and very slow. When I order from Netherlands to Ireland I get orders within 24 hours. From France I am lucky to get an order within a week.
