In the early days this system was sometimes a little puzzling. Finding the code to enter the car park. With upgrades and added clarity everything is much better. I did notice on the app when you search you cannot obtain a list of parking available ..just a map. It would be better if you could search by price, location and characteristics.

In the beginning of oktober the elevator didn’t work, in december it wasn’t fixed yet. Difficult with suitcases to climb from -5

Easy to book, 1 minute from our hotel. Only negative, car park was hard to find name on the actual entry is different from the name of the car park.

Impossible to find a person at the parking when I had to leave. No answer on any phone number. Had to pay my ticket at the machine even though it was already paid online in order to be able to leave the parking. Waiting for refund. Unpleasant experience.

The fact that it’s only single entry is not clearly signaled. I booked for 12 days and paid a large sum, but the next thing I know is that my booking was effectively over the morning after, when i exited with the car.

Geneve Giuseppe Mottta is a good and affordable parking close to the airport. One thing to note that to get in, you will need to enter your code and add a # (sharp) - it is not told in the guide.
