Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

Parking garage was clean and secure. When I went, there were available spaces to park. Prices seem competitive. The email instructions did NOT give a location of the parking attendants office and I had a multiple in and out ticket but it only worked once without being reset.

This was a really easy purchase to make. I think more info (after you have booked) about the exact location of spaces within the car park would have been helpful in our case

Very friendly user interface. Prices could be a little bit more adjustable. The same value is charged if I book 5 or 6 days.
