I booked and payed for a parking spot that didn't exist ; the parking lot was full so I couldn't park my car in it, I wasted a lot of time and had to pay an other parking that was very expensive Many other people were in the same situation as me that day

In Biarritz no one of the parking assistanr spoke english, i have to pay twice! Shame on you who allows to partner a parking place where their assistant neither speak spanish english italian ir portuguése.
