Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

Apart from a slight confusion with the code I received and where to type it in - I felt confident with the parking garage as a safe place to park my car for the week.

Easy to use application with a good selection of parking places in most areas. Prices vary depending on location. Sometimes instructions on how to enter could be clearer.

Not trusting my e-mail provider, I opted to print the details - it came to 4 pages! I copied and pasted it into MS Word, but despite being adept, could only reduce that to 3 pages - perhaps you could consider a 1 page summary. For the offer variety, I only wanted to park at the station in Narbonne, so this option is totally superfluous to me. I am putting a 1 so that it highlights the absence of an "N/A" for this field.
