Very good tool, i made a misstake and one day before i get a reminder and saw my wrong data. I was able to change (or cancel) the booking one day before and book a new one!!!

Overall, Onepark is very good. However I have experienced a problem when using a carpark. When my U.K car registration cannot be recognised by a French car park, I cannot find OnePark phone number for help. Also I was stuck as my french is not good enough to talk to French people. Eventually I went to Indigo car park office, which is the company OnePark booked the parking space for us and luckily met a French lady who could speak very good English. She told us we need to press the button and say "La plaque immatriculation MY01 CAR" ( i.e. my car registration in French ) when entering or exiting the car park.

Rein- und Rauskommen aus dem Parkhaus war problemlos. Leider sind die Parkplätze nicht gut ausgeschildert, die man benutzen kann und der Parkplatz ist sehr klein, mit einem großen Auto könnte man Probleme mit dem Ausstieg bekommen. Dennoch ist das Auto gut untergebracht und sicher! Das ist die Hauptsache.

We could not exit the registration sia not recognise the car. It took a long time to exit. Today I receive an email to stay we did not leave on time. That is not the case. Please check your records.

I had to book and pay for the second time. I have booked the parking space for 5 days, but my booking was cancelled after less than 2 days, because the car was used for the transportation within the canton in the day and we have left the parking place. This caveat was hidden within the terms and conditions I had to agree when booking a parking place, but it still doesn't feel fair.
