Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

The entry and exit process was really simple - the "gate" recognized the car without any action on my part. Parking was well marked and the location was a very short walk to my hotel. A good experience!

Was very easy and worked the way it was described. Specific to the parking at Place Camille Jullian, there should be directions sent to subscribers about how to approach the parkade - very challenging given the complexity of pedestrian only streets and one ways in the downtown area.

Keypad for entrance not really obvious and no sign visible on the street only above the entrance. Otherwise all good

I booked to stay from 5pm to 2am and on the app whilst I was on the booking stage it clearly stated multiple entries and exits, however I went back to my carvat 9.45 to go get something to eat and the code wouldn't work I checked the app for my booking and it said booking had finisher. I then had to book again just to get to my car out I will not use or recommend One park to anyone.

The system worked well. I had a photo of the entrance in a residential area, so I knew what to look out for. There weren't too many of the allocated spaces left but I did find one. My only slight complaint was that the information on finding the keypad on the way out was not as good as the other information provided. But I recommend the service very much.
