Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

The parking was good! Was able to charge my car in the garage, so mayor plus for me. Price was quite high, even for the center of Paris.

The parking is good and price OK But there are drunk people sleeping in the parking lot. Doesn’t feel very secure.

We were very pleased with the booking process and the parking is very neat and clean. The automatic license plate recognition is very practical. One remark perhaps, we went slightly over the reservation time and some additional parking fee was automatically being charged for this. From the information that was provided up front we were aware that this would happen, but it would have been handy to also know up front what the charged amount (based on the 'overtime' duration) would be. Overall we were quite pleased with the service.

The web site is torture to use, I entered my date and time for parking 7 times. When I came to pay there was no option to update my card, this meant going back to the start after changing my payment detail.

It is required to enter the license plate for the parking reservation. I put in NAU 249 with is my jobs car. We'll come with a rental car, so I can't give you the license plate until the day before.

We were coming up from the centre of France to go to the tennis, and it was so easy to access your website, and our preferred carpark from the A10, and even though we overstayed our timing, because the tennis ran late, it was very easy to pay the extra fee.
