Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

Everything was perfect. My only concern has to do with the parking itself and the registration of my exit - there was no device to enter the exit code on my way out and I was confused about how to do it. Other than that, very happy with the experience!

The price was more than reasonable, the location was a in a not so good neighborhood, the parking itself was a bit too narrow to navigate.

All fine. Though the entrance to the parking lot could be better marked - both at arrival by car and at pickup.

Entry to the garage was not described in enough detail. There are 2 garages very close to each other - just put a photo on the site! Or a red dot on the map.

The reservation gave us the wrong address. We were given the corporate aena address instead of the actual parking facility. Please correct this.

Had to change the reservation times. This resulted in cancelation of the reservation and a new booking which was not confirmed. Luckily I was able to make another reservation. The code we received didn't work for access to the parking via pedestrian entrance. The hotel staff was able to assist here.
