It has very narrow lanes. You have to be very carrefull when entering the parking, not to hit your front left wheel, by the concrete kerb between the two lanes. The slope of the ramp is very steep. You have to use the same code received via email, to open the front gate and the indoor barrier. When exit, you should wait for the front gate to open completely, and take care of the pedestrians on the sidewalk in front. Close to the Eiffel Tower, 7 min walking. Very good location of the parking place.

In short - First Class on every count. Easy to book, saved money on standard fees, amazingly good and very clear directions to car park and what to do on arrival and departure. Car park located opposite airport terminal. No crazy rubbishy add on sales attempted. Best on-line experience and serviced received that I can ever recall. Many thanks

The code didn’t work, next a French support lady dare to say that I was in the wrong parking and was sending me around instead of opening the door. She didn’t count I had a Hilton representative next to me hearing the conversation, He asserted it was the right parking . Imagine a customer alone there at 5am with children and nobody to support? This should not be happening to anyone , you are in a foreign country this is not a joke

Was not possible to book for 3 days! 1-st 2-nd day OK! 2-nd 3-rd day OK. 1-st 2-nd 3-rd days no space. Had to go out on 2-nd day, then enter again… In addition No payment machine is working in garage!!!
