Verified reviewBooking experience was as great as always. However, Parking lot was not easy to find and the website did not provide directions. Needed to stop in front of the Hotel and asked the staff there for help.

Verified reviewCar park is hard to find and we also had trouble getting into the car park. We paid for 2 days before our journey but only ended up staying one day. We still had to pay for the full 2 days as there was no one around to speak to, to ask for help. The car barriers wouldn’t open to let us in or out and as we had suitcases for out hotel the Carpark had no lift. The sat nav also takes you to the back entrance of the Carpark not the main entrance, which is the directions they give you.
