Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

It was very easy to book a parking slot close to my hotel which was one quarter the cost of leaving it where it was. I liked the way the Booking site indicated the size of vehicle that various parks would take as. Costs were clearly indicated. Seems to be good prices for a long stay in Paris.

Funciona muy bien. En esta ocasión hemos aparcado en el parking índigo de Príncipe Pío. Las plazas holgadas y cómodas. Nos cobraron por pasarnos un poco de tiempo pero en resumen, todo bien y razonable.

All extremely simple. Thank you - only comment - it’s so simple that the barrier opens upon car registration recognition & leaves you wondering how that happened & is the next barrier going to lift ??? Unexpected so slightly baffled me for a minute 😂 as didn’t need to put in the accès code.
