Verified reviewThe design of the app and the booking process are very very poor. I booked a car park space for three days but only realised it was unusable for me after I had paid. Buried in the email order confirmation under the extra information heading were the most important aspects of the booking i.e. when the car park space is accessible. By default I assume most car parks are accessible 24/7. This one was completely closed on Sundays and closed at 7.30 every other day. This info is obviously very important when booking a 3 day slot in a car park as I was. This info should have been stated up front and clearly when I requested a quote - it was not. This info should have been much more prominent in the confirmation email. It was also in a really small font which made it doubly difficult to read on my phone. I was unable to use the car park once for the three days so felt completely ripped off.
