Verified reviewWhen I arrived at the airport the information on the booking said that you catch the shuttle at the top of the airport! What on earth does that mean! I tried for 1 hour to find out where I could catch the shuttle but they wouldn’t answer the phone. A representative from easyJet told me to go to -2 level and stand around stop 45 ( he managed to phone a customer care robot which only spoke Spanish ) when a shuttle finally arrived after 45 minutes I asked the driver why no one answered the phone he said ‘ no English ‘ so I will never use Click parking again.

Verified reviewthere is no effective follow-up of the subcontractors. and the feedback you ask for working this form only covers the search interface of selection, variety and price but does not cover in any way the actual service. Personally, following my last very unpleasant experience with your subcontractor, I am looking for an alternative solution that can provide better assurance in terms of quality of service, while I thought I found the right service I was looking for.
