Verified reviewPoor customer service response. I’m not sure why it’s not possible to extend a current reservation. Makes no sense

Verified reviewMy latest renting dates back to last Thursday. I had rented a parking place from 3:30 pm to 8 pm. I left the parking lot at 8:03 pm because I had some difficulties to find the exit that was not clearly indicated. So I was 3 minutes late to leave the parking building and consequently I was charged 2.60€ more. I find this difficult to swallow.

Verified reviewEasy enough to book, but unclear in follow up mail which implies that a particular parking space can be reserved. Evidently not.
