Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

The only disconnect is there is no way to know the model of the car, when it is rented. Rental car companies only promise a type of car, or similar model, which could change at time of pick-up.

Reservation process was good. But the code to leave the lot was no longer in the app to exit the lot.

Great location, nice service, parking space and access was slightly narrow but okay (absolutely normal for Paris' city center standards), everything worked as expected.

It was very poor. The number plate recognition didn't work on entry and we couldn't leave the parking without paying again. I rang OnePark and got an automated reply, then the line went dead. I emailed them and, so far, I just got asked to leave a review. The also cost more than just paying directly at the railway station. I would definitely NOT recommend OnePark and will not be usine them again.

Die Zufahrten sind sehr eng. Beim ausgahren war nicht klar, dass das Tor manuel zu öffnen ist. Und es ist nicht einfach bei der Steigung anzuhalten auszusteigen und sas Tor Manuel zu öffnen

Easy process, reserving and purchasing. Plates were recognized without problem. Not easy to find the free spot ,so some sort of grouping reserved spaces would make it more easier.

So I booked for 4 days. Even booked for the option of multiple entrances and exits during those 4 days. Suddenly in the second day, my booking is finished. They have taken all my money for four days and terminated my booking. No response to my emails or my calls. Now I call that ste@ling

Once I found this website, it was really easy to find our parking, see the price, and pay. Honestly much easier than anticipated - 0 issues getting in and out, price was clear. Will only use this site from now on.
