Great customer service, very reliable. The underground car park beneath the Mercure Paris Porte d'Orléans was also very much to our liking: clean, relatively spacious, ideally located.

Really simple and easy booking process. Everything was clear and straightforward. The underground garage in Nice was easy to find and felt secure, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. The only improvement would be better lighting in the car park area. Overall a good experience and I would use again 😊
