Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

It‘s not possible that I reserve for several days and it is not possible for me to use the car in the meantime. The reservation expires as soon as you leave with the car. If i come with a car in the first place, you can expect that i want to use it. So bad idea, poor service, no attention to the customer since i requested a compensation for the lost time and money, and no help was given to me. Also no stuff was present on site on a Saturday morning. Clarity of information: zero. Nowhere was it written that you can enter and leave one time only during the reservation.

Everything well, only at arrival was contacting the reception with the booking not possible as nobody was there. Leaving the garage had to go thru intercom, which went well. In and out with numberplate recognition would be better.

They took my money for a car park in Paris with promises of “the camera will recognise your vehicle registration” and “if that fails use the code in the email confirmation”. NONE OF IT WORKED! I’ve since emailed them asking for my money back as I had to take a ticket and pay at the car park on top of paying them - NO RESPONSE!! Use this lot at your own risk and good luck!!!!

Booking was fast and uncomplicated, except perhaps managing vehicles and number plates. The price at which I booked was quite exorbitant compared to earlier stays at this particular location. Always empty, that location increased prices two- to threefold to repel yet more potential customers

It was too convenient to find the parking and entire process of entry and exit. Parking is specious enough for big cars.

Booking was easy, however it would be even better if the pricing was better detailed during checkout. For example, I had to try different departure times to maximize my stay without adding an additional day's fees. Paying via PayPal would also be welcome.
