Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

Pretty fast operation with booking. The description of getting to the airport a bit too optimistic- takes more time than described. The parking services without any issues.

Easy to park, but door wouldn’t open when we returned late on. The neighbour hood didn’t feel safe and we came back to our wipers lifted up, signs on the car and cones and sticks on the car.

The instructions were not very clear on how to proveed once you're in the parking and ended up paying for the parking at the automatic cashier to be able to validate the pass and leave. So it cost me double, because One park customer service is unavailable, the links provided in the booking email are not functioning.

the parking enterance was really really bad, almost impossiible to find the enterance. I could find it after I read google maps comments. And after I found it is really hard to enter. I was lucky that I could leave it without an accident. This parking is suitable for only motorcyles or really small cars like smart or fiat 500.
