Verified reviewI had an extremely stressful experience and was never able to use the parking space I had reserved for three days. My car, a BMW X2, was too large to safely drive down the very narrow access ramp to level -2, where the OnePark spaces were located. I had no choice but to leave without parking. The worst part came when I tried to exit the garage. There was no keypad anywhere to enter the access code and open the gate. I contacted OnePark customer support, but they insisted I was at the wrong exit and repeatedly told me to look for a keypad that simply did not exist. Fortunately, a resident of the building arrived and confirmed that this was the only entrance and exit to the garage. She explained that the gate is operated exclusively with a remote control, which she had, and kindly opened it for me. Without her help, I don't know how I would have gotten out. I paid 46 euros for three days of parking that I was never able to use and have requested a full refund from OnePark. I am still waiting for a response. I cannot recommend Onepark. The access ramp of their parking facility is unsuitable for many standard-sized vehicles, the exit system is poorly explained, and customer support was unable to resolve the situation.

Verified reviewPrima buiten parkeerplek, vanwege dakkoffer deze plek gekozen, zo dichtbij de Eiffeltoren, op 10 min loopafstand langs het park, parkeerplaats goed te bereiken. Plek van te voren gereserveerd, werkt uitstekend met nummerbord herkenning en ook de meegeleverde code werkte prima. Komen zeker hier terug.

Verified reviewWas given a booking code to use to enter car park. There was no keypad! No-one answered the call button (Time around 1645) so had to take a ticket On departure there was no keypad avbl and no-one answered the call button (Time around 1940), So I had to pay fee again to get out I want my Euro 25.30 returned!!

Verified reviewTrying to find this car park was a NIGHTMARE! Roads were closed, no diversion signs anywhere, it was bad, we spend 45 minutes looking for it and in the end we almost gave up! It’s quite a long walk to the cable cars too so be prepared, I wouldn’t use again

Verified reviewOn July 9, I left at 8:00 PM and returned on July 10 at 4:00 AM. I found that the parking garage was full and there was no available space for my car. I was forced to pay extra again for another parking garage because of this situation.
