Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

L'app di prenotazione non è poi così intuitiva. Sono arrivata al parcheggio convinta di aver prenotato ed invece non avevo completato la presentazione..ho dovuto effettuare una nuova prenotazione pagando molto di piu

The exact parking time has changed, beacause I arrived 30 minutes earlier, and I findished the parking 1 hour before booking time, but there was no problem with code, I could started parking before without problem.

Easy to book, only took a few minutes. On arrival used QR code from email and was super easy to get in and out by foot and by car. Double checked with reception as it was all so easy and they were super helpful too.

It could have been clearer which parking spots were available. Now we were given ranges when only one spot was available (301 to 301, for instance, rather than only 301). The spots could have been marked with a sign for OnePark too. Anyway, convenient parking.

The car park itself was excellent, secure, and exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, getting to it was a nightmare. Toulouse has countless bollards, one-way streets, and restricted roads that made access far more difficult than expected. On paper, the route looked straightforward, but there was no warning about these access restrictions. Had I known in advance, I would have chosen a different car park that was easier to reach.

Great choice for Paris. We have a large electtical SUV that fitted very well (not all parkings in Paris ;-)). The Metro connection is very convenient as as well. The price for a 4 days stay is fair.

I spent 2 nights in Paris and the hotel had parking but I would have to pay 54€/48h with 40% discount imcluded. I found that too expensive, so I search online and found OnePark offer for 16.10€/48h, 7 walking minutes away from my hotel. Indoor parking with cameras. I paid straight away because nothing would come even close to this bargain. I am very happy and recommend your app. 5 stars
