Extremely satisfied. Very fast and careful delivery; the items were well-packaged to prevent breakage during transit. A generous selection of free samples that matched my requests. Based on my experience, the negative reviews on Trustpilot are completely unfounded.

Verified reviewGreat experience! I emailed them before to confirm they were a direct retailer of the brand I wanted to purchase from and they responded quickly and nicely. My order came in packaged very securely and everything was great. Two extra travel sizes and some samples that I picked out as well. There was only a small small amount of leakage from one of the samples but nothing to complain about!

Verified reviewWe were there as a couple and felt very much at home from the very first moment. We were offered something to drink, and most importantly, we received excellent advice. The blind tasting was great fun and we both discovered new fragrances that we would never otherwise have found. We were also given some extra fragrance samples as a bonus (my husband was given a 15ml sample of the same fragrance as a free gift with the perfume he bought!). Highly recommended!
