Verified reviewWith my recent order I was generally satisfied. However, there are these minor glitches with Nose that give little dissatifiers among the major wonderful services. I have 2 examples for this: 1) in this order above 160€ I was on the main page offered 6 free samples, however in making the order on the purchase page I was only able to select 3 examples. 2) on an earlier order with just a sample set, the French mail was not able to deliver to my DHL shop and such it returned the package to you, but I did not get reimbursed again - and I myself didn't raise any claims in this regard.

Verified reviewStaff are friendly and helpful. Walked us through trying to find a new cologne/perfume for me and my wife. Process is a bit off; the colognes that were suggested as “similar” to my currents were not very similar, so ended up not finding what I wanted.
