Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyI am very happy with the purchase of my personalised necklace. We received a call from Merci Maman on the day itself and they asked us our preferences for the engraving. Also, we were advised when they will post the necklace and I asked to have it sent when I am home. I can't fault customer service and the item. 5* service!

Review collected by a third partyI love the bangle I purchased for a friend’s baptism. I had a slight issue with the message being printed upside down but I was really impressed with the speed and ease of the replacement. I have ordered a few times through them and wouldn’t hesitate to order again

Review collected by a third partyThe product itself is beautiful and I absolutely love it, however with regards to the customisation details is lacking. I requested for the font of the engraving to be straight but recieved Cursive font engraving instead.

Review collected by a third partyReally misleading information on the website for a bracelet I bought. No size information for the charms and they are so tiny and not at all as expected. I contacted the company and was told no refund because of personalisation even though I believe they are not representing the product correctly online. Will not shop here again and advise others to avoid.

Review collected by a third partyThe item was really well received from my partner, she was over the moon with it. I would have given 5 stars however there was a small scratch where the engraving had been done.

Review collected by a third partyThis is the second time I’ve purchased this necklace. The first time was for our friends 50th but we all loved it so much, that we’ve decided that we’d all like matching ones when it’s our turn. Beautiful and good delivery.
