Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyThe dove was a slightly different design to that shown on the website. The necklace also had a slight mark on the front of the disc.

Review collected by a third partyMy husband gifted me the Personalised Gem Stone necklace and Personalised Initial Pastille necklace from Merci Maman as push presents after I had my son. The pieces are gorgeous and hopefully will stand the test of time. I was so impressed with the quality, I purchased a jewellery box that is just exquisite. Personalisation is simple and classy. Delivered quickly. Would order again.

Review collected by a third partyThe overall service was good. I placed the order and it arrived quite fast. However, it is a bit overpriced and the quality isn’t as good as I thought it would be.

Review collected by a third partyI ordered the eternity ring and the engraving looked odd. I contacted the customer service who told me to send an email and after a couple of months, I received the ring fixed as I wished. Not a really straightforward processes but I am really happy with my new ring.

Review collected by a third partyI bought the duchess necklace for my daughter on the birth of 2nd granddaughter 3 years ago and she loved it. When my younger daughter gave birth to Elsie Florence on 20th November I wanted to buy one for her too. Easy to purchase, my details still on website and it was all engraved and sent to me within 2 to 3 days. My daughter was over the moon.

Review collected by a third partyMerci Maman Team is very efficient, I have ordered my product on Monday in London and received it on Thursday in Hong Kong! Amazingly fast, especially in these Covid times when transportation is challenging... The team is nice, answering question and proposing solution. A great experience altogether, from start to finish and since Merci Maman's beginnings.
