I’ve sent a message to customer service asking for an update, but haven’t heard from them either. This is poor customer service and management of customer’s expectations.

Review collected by a third partyPaid for 1-2 days delivery and my order still hasn’t been delivered. I ordered a week ago (21st December). They failed to inform me their office was closed and wouldn’t post my order until the 4th OF JANUARY. I have not had a response to my multiple emails or an update at all since I made my order. Awful customer service and a best friend has been left without her birthday present for a week.

Was stunned to receive a phone call while I was at work saying they did not have my address for some reason. Surely a website to order goods will not complete sale without a valid address. However this company’s website apparently did. Therefore I was forced to give my address over the phone with work noise in the background. This is so amateurish. Two days later, I received an email from Royal Mail to say parcel had been delivered. It did not specify as to which address. I tried to contact the company from where the goods had been bought to find out they had closed on Dec 21st until after new year. They even sent me a happy Xmas message.well to be sure, this company ensured I had anything but a happy Xmas. Why do companies close so early. Such laziness. Such lack of care to for their customers. As I write this, I still do not have the parcel, no idea where it is, my partner did not get her one and only Xmas present. I obviously will not use this computer again and now face the battle to get my money back. I’m not hopeful.

She was born on the 21st of December so didn’t think there would be the slightest chance of it arriving in time for Christmas but amazingly it did! The necklace was perfect, great quality and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend.
