Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyEngraving had a spelling error. Customer Support was very good though, they sent a replacement and an envelope to send the piece back. After all the replacement piece was correct but sadly didn't arrive in time for the Birthday it was meant for.

Review collected by a third partyThe rate is 4.5. It was the first time to order the jewelries from your company. The reason to choose your company is that engraving on the pendant is possible and I wanted to send a message to the receiver on the goods. Thanks to the assistance from your staff, Misha, I completed sending the present safely with my original necklace. By showing my design by Powerpoint to Misha and her understanding my planning, I was able to manage to complete the design. My suggestion is that you can mention on your website that the design by PDF or any drawings of customer's original design is acceptable when we order your product. Thank you. I will order again soon.

Review collected by a third partyThe service was fast and excellent although I was slightly disappointed with the engraving. Something may have 'been lost' in translation but in a way it makes the gift even more special. I would have given 4.5 stars but there was not the option to do so

Review collected by a third partyBeautiful initial necklace that arrived quickly! I bought it for my mum’s 70th after having my own made with my daughter’s initial and name engraved. So this is my 2nd purchase! My mum’s had a G initial with “G is for Grandma” engraved on one side of the disc and my baby’s name on the other side. Such a versatile gift for lots of different occasions!
