Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyI wanted some custom symbols so I emailed customer service to ask if it was possible. They came back really quickly with a suggestion that could work and did it for me at no extra cost. Brilliant service and love the result.

Review collected by a third partyAbsolute 1st class service, after 2 hours of placing my online order, I received a call double checking what I wanted and how it would look best. I didn’t know most companies employed people who could COMMUNICATE by actual voice anymore!!!!!!!! The order arrived within 3 days. Would recommend to anyone

Review collected by a third partyRe-ordered the silver moon ring with engraving. As my previous review stated, sizing is off so you’ll need to go a couple of sizes bigger. I did receive a prompt refund for my last order that was too small and I decided to re-order at a bigger size. The ring is beautiful and the engraving is done by hand and is also really pretty. Couldn’t find anything similar online but glad I came back and re ordered this time. Thank you Merci Maman!
