Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyReceived my rose gold birthstone necklace and I love the beautiful handwriting, so nice not to have the standard print and love you can choose either middle or the edge. Beautiful quality and the beaded necklace is lovely. Lovely presentation box too. Received quickly and with regular updates. Bought for my Mums 70th!

Review collected by a third partyThis is not the first time that I buy things from Marci Maman but, this time, I bought a special necklace with the names of my kids. Unfortunately, the design is not the best one for the following reason: if I wear the necklace from one side, the small pendant turns so the names are on the back and, if I wear it differently, the names are covered with another small pendant so, in the end, it is a bad design and I wished I could know this before to avoid buying this one in particular. very disappointed if I think about the price either. For better understanding, the necklace is called an "intertwined necklace'. I kept it because has the name of my daughter and my stillborn baby.

Review collected by a third partyI have purchased several pieces over the past few years and have been delighted with every single one of them. Attended the sample sale recently where, of course, purchased a few more items as how can one resist such lovely jewellery 😃

Review collected by a third partyThank you so much to the team for replicating my lost bracelet so quickly and swiftly. I was devastated my mum had got me one of the silver bracelets for birthday present, and it went missing, but upon placing another order, the team helped match the one I'd lost with the same love and quality.

Review collected by a third partyThe fact you're given notifications each step of the way is amazing. The end product is stunning and it was made, dispatched and received in less than 5 days. For a personalised item around this time of year and during a company's special offer/promotion is amazing. Thank you so much.

Review collected by a third partyI've ordered my first silver charm necklace eigth years ago, when my second child was born. I've been wearing it for almost every day since that date. Last month i lost my necklace and i was terribly sad. Since it means so much to me, i decided to order another one and it arrived last week. I was very pleased to find that the standards of quality of your products remains the same, even after all of this time. Thank you and congratulations!

Review collected by a third partyCharm did not arrive as advertised in my opinion - the hole punched in the top was far bigger than in the listing which detracted from the aesthetic appeal. Unable to receive a refund because it was a personalised item. Unable to gift this item as I would have liked to.
