Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyI was really pleased when I received the necklace. Packaging was really lovely and It was shipped the following day so delivery was extremely fast! I ordered the plain disc and a moonstone which was engraved for my daughters graduation - she was absolutely thrilled with it. I will definitely be using this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Review collected by a third partyThe engraving on the necklace was really poor. For the cost of the necklace I would have expected neat engraving. I returned the necklace. The customer service manager Emma lacks basic manners and her emails where abrupt. Will not use this company again.

Review collected by a third partyWas really disappointed with the product, felt very flimsy and almost like tin. For the price I would expect something a little more robust.
