Once I've sent the drawing, I got the confirmation but 2 weeks later they asked me again for the drawing, which they've already received

Review collected by a third partyMy necklace chain for the second time just broke for no apparent reason. I take good care of my jewellery but the chain is very poor quality. Because it’s out of guarantee they will not replace the chain, my necklace is 5 years old but I expected it to last longer than this. Very disappointed

Review collected by a third partyMerci Maman's customer service team, in particular Emma, cannot be faulted. I made an error in my engraving and this was immediately sorted the moment they opened for business on the Monday morning. Only downside was that I paid for premium next day delivery (on the Saturday) and it took until Thurs to arrive, meaning it was late for the occasion. A shame since couldn't have asked for better service otherwise.

Review collected by a third partyReally quick dispatch and delivery. However, for the product I ordered in particular I don't think it will last very long and its hard to adjust it on yourself compared to some other designs. Wouldn't order the same item again. Cord type bracelet.

It leaves my skin and clothes black constantly as its tarnished so quickly despite taking it off for showering. Contacted customer services and was extremely unhelped, then just ignored me.. disappointing and will not recommend to anyone :(
