Review collected by a third partyThis charm is pretty, but smaller than I expected. I like that it was for breast cancer awareness month and a percentage was donated to charity. The company was really accommodating about holding and delivering the order until it was convenient… just wish it was a little bigger!

Review collected by a third partyI placed an order on 17th November, delivery was due to be 3-5 working days. I ordered this as Christmas gift to give to my sister who lives in another country - hence early order. It is now 8th December and still nothing. The customer service at first did not react and only later realized it’s an issue with their delivery company. Now my sister won’t get her gift on time. The company refunded 10% of order and shipping costs but this is not what I asked for - I asked for a prompt delivery!!

Review collected by a third partySpent £43 on a personalised flat bangle, it’s the worst piece of jewellery I have ever bought, it’s worse than anything you’d get out of a Christmas cracker! It’s so thin it’s not even shaped correctly and the fastening is terrible. Will never use this company again.

Review collected by a third partyI placed an order on the 17th of November, Apparently it was despatched the same day and arrived in the UK on the 18th November. It is now the 30th of November and I am still waiting for my order which was a 70th birthday present for my mother which has been and long gone now. You can't contact them by phone it's constantly engaged 24 hours a day. You have a whattsapp option which basically just keep fobbing me off. I have spent a lot of money over the years with this company but won't anymore. They gave me a 10% refund because of the wait but i just want a total refund now! Disgusting service Merci Maman!!! I was promised after their reply to drop the case I had opened with PayPal and that my order would arrive in the next couple of days or they would send a replacement order. I'M STILL WAITING!!!
