Review collected by a third partyI bought a necklace with my children’s names and dob’s engraved on it and it arrived in a beautiful presentation box with a card telling me the name of the engraver - a lovely touch. The necklace is just gorgeous and I’d definitely buy from Merci Maman again.

I availed of some of the black Friday deals, however I purchased the incorrect colour, so I returned. They were absolutely fine about the return and got back to all my emails. But because they don't exchange products I then had to purchase the correct colour at full price and pay postage which meant the charm became very expensive at the end of the day. I feel offering the costumer an exchange might have helped keep the cost down.

Review collected by a third partyI bought a bracelet for an anniversary. I did it with time enough already in November, to avoid the busy season of Christmas. The delivery day is marked on the website between 3 and 5 days (I understand accidents might happen). Today, 4 weeks later, they still don’t know where my package is. Also, in order to claim to the transport company (THAT THEY CHOOSE AND WORK WITH) they ask me for a copy of my ID and my personal information with written authorization to deal with it. Who could think this info would be required to buy a bracelet? Nothing of this was written in the transportation conditions of their website. They should claim on their side as users of the service. They do not reply to my messages, they do not call. Awful customer service, lost the money, and did not get my purchase. On top, they just sent an email yesterday assuring your purchases will arrive on time for Christmas... I feel they simply do not care.

Review collected by a third partyAt one point i would of given this company a 1 star, as I'd waited about a month for my order, however they acknowledged the error had been their new delivery system, which has now been changed. The customer service i received from this point was exceptional 👏. We received the order a few days later and a £40 voucher to say sorry for the unexpected delay. There are some lovely people is this organisation that have been worked hard to rectify a problem that was out of their control. Thanks again for your hard work.
