Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyIf I could put 0 I would. The service is terrible, they do not reply to messages / emails etc and the phone line is constantly engaged.

Review collected by a third partySuch an amazing company and products. I have a matching necklace and bracelet, and had the bracelet engraved with my son's name. I had a problem with it after about 5 months and they replaced it instantly, no questions asked. It was dispatched quickly and is just as beautiful as the original. Really great, personable communication.

Review collected by a third partyI love that it is bigger than the charms I bought in the past. (although I love those too!) I wanted a silver one, I wish it came in other colors too. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because one of the numbers on the engraved date is a little hard to read… otherwise it's really nice, and I can't wait to wear it. Glad I found it...
