Review collected by a third partyThe silver heart charm is very small and thin and the Liberty 'braid' is a small scrap of fabric. It does not look much for £40. I should have ordered the bracelet with a disc rather than a tiny heart, but the website is confusing, too many similar products and the photo of the product I selected makes the charm look bigger than it actually is. I messaged to state my concerns - all they could offer me was a discount on a second bracelet, which would mean paying out an additional £28. The quality of the product has definitely gone downhill since I bought a bracelet for my older daughter 5 years ago.

The first time my daughter wrote her name all by herself, I knew I wanted it engraved for forever! I ordered the necklace with three discs and the custom engraving on a Monday, and it was on my neck on midday Friday -- and I live in the US! The speed was unbelievable. I have been wearing it every day cine!

Review collected by a third partyI ordered my wife a custom necklace for christmas which unfortunately arrived with a engraving mistake which can be easily attributed to a language misunderstanding. I contacted customer support who were very apologetic and had another one made, which unfortunately was also wrong in a different manner. On the third attempt it was perfect and I appreciate them being so curteous throughout. Thanks would recommend and my wife loves the necklace!

A description of size would have helped.
