Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyI love this brand. I've bought at least 4 or 5 products so far. All of them are lovingly made and come beautifully designed. The quality is pretty good. After 2 years of never taking a ring off it has started to slightly discolour but I suppose that's normal. The delivery is super quick and I receive plenty of updates for tracking. I'll be buying more for sure! Excited to keep adding charms to my Duchess necklace :)

Review collected by a third partyPoor quality product and poor customer experience. The product when delivered was not to the standard expected and had not been accurately described online. When I complained, I found the customer services team unhelpful and unwilling to accept my complaint. The matter remains unresolved as no reasonable outcome was offered by the company and I am currently pursuing this through legal channels.

Review collected by a third partyA beautiful gift for my daughter after the birth of her second son. The engraving is so delicate and looks so lovely with both boys names and DOB. My second time buying from here and would definitely order again.
