Review collected by a third partyPurchased a bracelet for my Husband from his daughters last Christmas 2023. The bracelet has fallen apart, the rope split and unravelled along with one of the two silver ends which repeatedly fell off. I wish I could attach photographs. Just to note he takes it off before bed and never wears it in the shower. Emailed Merci Maman and recieved prompt reply stating they are surprised but can not cover it under the warranty. Offered me 20% off a new purchase!! Very disappointing, will never buy from them again. Avoid and save your money.

Review collected by a third partyThe color of the friendship bracelet I bought is completely different from the picture. Immediately reached out to customer service and they offered to change it to another color which later turned out to be true to the picture. However, the event that I needed the bracelet was missed and I never got the chance to give it to the recipient because of the long post time for the exchange to arrive. Disappointing experience. And I paid a little extra to post the wrong color bracelet back, as the prestampted envelope was so tiny and fragile and the post office insisted to add a decent layer of regular paper envelop to protect the item!

I would also like to stress how grateful I am to Merci Maman for helping me update the engraving on the back AFTER I had already placed my order through their WhatsApp and email customer services. I would highly recommend this brand.
